This post is just to plug one of my favorite bloggers and the giveaway she’s having on her site.
I have a lot of time on my hands at work to surf the net, so have read a LOT of foodie blogs and Choosing Raw is one of the best I’ve seen.
Gena posts regularly with simple, unique recipes and tips for adding more healthy food to your diet. Despite the site’s name, it’s not all about raw food. There are many great vegan recipes that anyone with mainstream tastes would love.
She’s also a Certified Clinical Nutritionist and is currently having a giveaway for a free nutritional consultation. Although she is completely vegan, she works with people with all diets. Her philosophy (which I love) is “add first, subtract later”, meaning try to learn how to add plant based foods to your diet first, and don’t try to give up all the foods you’re used to overnight.
